Justin is a proven leader in emergency medical services and education, dedicated to preparing individuals, businesses, and communities for real-world emergencies. Raised in the firehouse alongside his father and older brother, he developed a deep-rooted passion for EMS from an early age. His commitment to emergency medicine led him to earn his Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification, followed by his Paramedic degree. Furthering his expertise, Justin completed UMBC’s Critical Care Emergency Medical Transport Program (CCEMT-P) and achieved his Flight Paramedic Certification (FP-C), specializing in high-acuity patient care in critical care ground transport.
With years of experience in frontline emergency response and leadership, Justin has managed operations, led teams through complex medical scenarios, and played a key role in developing protocols to enhance patient care. His ability to lead under pressure and implement effective training programs has earned him respect in EMS education.
In his current role, Justin oversees all training operations, ensuring courses meet the highest standards. His expertise allows him to develop programs for healthcare providers, first responders, corporate teams, and community groups. Under his leadership, VITALCOR continues to expand, equipping professionals and everyday citizens with lifesaving skills.
